Designates March 2026 as "Arts in the Schools - Youth Art Month" in Rhode Island

Urges all Rhode Island citizens to observe the month and recognize arts educators, artists, and administrators who ensure young people have access to arts in schools

Acknowledges that arts education develops skills including teamwork, critical thinking, problem-solving, public speaking, cultural competency, and resiliency

Notes the R.I. State Council on the Arts has overhauled Project Grants in Education criteria, and the R.I. Department of Education has published an Arts Curriculum Framework

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the Rhode Island State Council on the Arts
