Renames "drug court" to "recovery court" and "drug court magistrate" to "recovery court magistrate" throughout Rhode Island Superior Court statutes

Makes no substantive changes to the court's structure, powers, or procedures—the amendment is purely terminological

Recovery court magistrate retains existing 10-year term, appointment by presiding justice with senate consent, and authority over adult offenders with drug addiction

Eligibility criteria for the program remain unchanged: non-violent offenses, no pending violent felony or drug delivery charges, and documented drug addiction
