Law enforcement agencies may access expunged criminal records when evaluating applications for concealed carry permits or licenses

Adds firearm permit applicants to the existing list of positions requiring disclosure of expunged records, which already includes law enforcement applicants, bar admission candidates, teachers, coaches, and early childhood education workers

Takes effect immediately upon passage
