Covers equipment used in farming, ranching, or agriculture that depends on digital electronics, including tractors, combines, balers, irrigation systems, and off-road vehicles, but excludes motor vehicles and consumer electronics

Defines "repair" narrowly to exclude resetting immobilizer systems, reprogramming engine control units, changing emissions/safety settings, or accessing proprietary source code

Allows persons suffering losses from violations to bring civil actions for actual damages, attorneys' fees, and court costs, with a 3-year statute of limitations; attorney general may seek injunctive relief

Protects trade secrets from mandatory disclosure except as necessary to provide repair resources, and preserves existing warranty and recall arrangements between manufacturers and authorized providers
