Commercial vehicle registrations would change from annual to biennial (every two years) for fully reflective plates required on all commercial vehicles

Combination plate registrations would be renewable on a biennial basis during the month of March, rather than each year

The Director of Revenue, Division of Motor Vehicles would implement the biennial registration system through rules and regulations

Fees for combination plates would remain identical to those for other commercial vehicles of the same weight class

Takes effect upon passage
