Legislative Description

A Bill To Provide That Residents Of The Towns Of St. George And Harleyville, Who Own Golf Carts That May Be Operated Along Certain Primary Highways Or Streets, May Operate Them Along Certain Highways And Streets Within Their Respective Jurisdictions In A Two-mile Radius Of Their Residences Or Places Of Business, And To Provide That During Nighttime Hours, The Golf Cart Must Be Operated With Working Headlights And Taillights.
