Authorize The South Carolina Silver Haired Legislature To Use The Chamber Of The South Carolina House Of Representatives On Tuesday Through Thursday, September 15 Through September 17, 2009, Provided The House Is Not In Session, And To Provide For The Use Of The House Chamber On Alternate Dates And Times As May Be Selected By The Speaker If The House Is In Session On These Dates.
