Authorize The Board Of Fire Control To Adopt Rules And Regulations To Ensure That A Building Within The District Is Maintained Properly And Does Not Present A Fire Or Safety Hazard; And To Convey To A Fire Chief Or His Designee The Same Authority That A Peace Officer Has To Enforce Regulations And Other Laws Promulgated Or Adopted By The District. - Ratified Title
