As The Date And Time For The House Of Representatives And The Senate To Meet In Joint Session In The Hall Of The House Of Representatives For The Purpose Of Electing A Member Of The Board Of Trustees For The University Of South Carolina From The 11th Judicial Circuit To Succeed A Member Whose Term Expires In 2010 Or Whose Position Otherwise Must Be Filled; And To Establish A Procedure Regarding Nominations And Seconding Speeches For The Candidates For This Office During The Joint Session.
