Amends Section 63-17-20 to require courts to automatically award visitation rights to unmarried fathers once paternity has been acknowledged or adjudicated

Court orders must specify the frequency, duration, and any conditions or stipulations regarding visitation terms

Mothers may file a motion to reconsider within 10 days of the visitation order, accompanied by an affidavit claiming the father is unfit and poses a risk to the child's health, safety, and well-being

Changes current law from allowing fathers to petition for visitation to mandating visitation be awarded unless challenged
