Removes "playing a pinball machine" from the list of status offenses in South Carolina's Children's Code

Repeals Section 63-19-2430, which previously prohibited minors from playing pinball machines

Status offenses are acts that would not be crimes if committed by an adult, such as truancy, running away, or being beyond parental control

Fiscal impact statement indicates no expenditure impact, as there were zero dispositions in FY 2023-24 for unlawful playing of a pinball machine by either adults or minors
