Requires all county and municipal law enforcement agencies in South Carolina to participate in at least one ICE Section 287(g) program, which allows local officers to perform federal immigration enforcement functions

Currently only three South Carolina sheriff's offices (Horry, Lexington, and York counties) participate in Section 287(g) programs

Mandates local law enforcement agencies to cooperate fully with the U.S. Attorney's Office to initiate RICO-based asset seizures targeting all assets used in operations to bring undocumented individuals to the state

The two Section 287(g) models available include jail enforcement (identifying removable noncitizens with criminal charges) and warrant service officer programs (serving administrative warrants on noncitizens in jails)

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
