Extends South Carolina's "Stand Your Ground" (Castle Doctrine) law to include places of worship alongside residences, occupied vehicles, and places of business

Defines "place of worship" as churches or other locations where religious services are held, including surrounding grounds, premises, and property used in connection with those facilities

Grants individuals at places of worship the right to use deadly force without a duty to retreat if they reasonably believe it necessary to prevent death, great bodily injury, or a violent crime

Amends Sections 16-11-420, 16-11-430, and 16-11-440 of the South Carolina Code

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
