Creates a new criminal offense for disseminating or selling sexually explicit images, videos, or digital files depicting another person in a state of sexually explicit nudity without authorization

Applies when the person knows or should know they lack license or privilege to share the material, and the depicted person suffers emotional distress or embarrassment

Exempts dissemination done for a "clear public purpose"

Violation is classified as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine up to $1,000 or imprisonment up to one year

Adds Section 16-15-260 to South Carolina's existing obscenity and pornography laws under Title 16, Chapter 15
