Expands first, second, and third degree sexual exploitation of a minor offenses to include computer-generated or digitally altered images ("morphed" images) that depict an identifiable minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct

First degree sexual exploitation carries 3-20 years imprisonment with no parole eligibility until minimum sentence served; second degree carries 2-10 years with mandatory minimum; third degree carries up to 10 years

Makes conforming changes to criminal solicitation of a minor, employment of minors in sexually explicit contexts, Sexually Violent Predator Act definitions, and sex offender registry provisions

Preserves pending prosecutions and existing rights under prior law versions as of the effective date
