Creates a civil cause of action for individuals harmed by intentional disclosure or threatened disclosure of private intimate images without consent, including AI-generated or digitally altered images that falsely depict a person

Allows prevailing plaintiffs to recover actual damages or statutory damages up to $10,000 per defendant, plus any monetary gain the defendant made, punitive damages, attorney's fees, and injunctive relief

Establishes exceptions to liability for good-faith disclosures to law enforcement, for legal proceedings, medical purposes, reporting unlawful conduct, matters of public concern, or to assist the depicted individual

Permits plaintiffs to file motions to seal court records to protect their identity and privacy throughout legal proceedings

Sets a 3-year statute of limitations from discovery for unauthorized disclosures and 4 years for threats to disclose, with the clock starting at age 18 for victims who were minors
