Increases the civil jurisdiction limit of South Carolina Magistrates Courts from $7,500 to $25,000

Applies the new $25,000 limit across all civil case types handled by magistrates, including contract disputes, property damage claims, penalties and fines, attachment actions, surety bonds, and fraud cases

Maintains the same $25,000 threshold for counterclaims filed in magistrates court, except for landlord-tenant disputes involving possession of land which have no monetary limit on counterclaims

Raises the limit for interpleader actions involving earnest money from real estate contracts from $7,500 to $25,000

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
