Creates new offense of "unlawful dissemination of sexually explicit materials" under Section 16-15-260 of the South Carolina Code

Prohibits disseminating or selling pictures, videos, digital files, or other visual depictions showing another person in sexually explicit nudity without authorization, when done without a clear public purpose

Requires that the person knew or should have known they lacked license or privilege to share the material, and that the depicted person suffered emotional distress or embarrassment

Violation is classified as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine up to $1,000 or imprisonment up to one year

Takes effect upon Governor's approval
