Creates the criminal offense of unauthorized disclosure of intimate images, including both authentic intimate images and AI-generated "digitally forged intimate images" that falsely depict a person

Establishes that consent to create an intimate image does not constitute consent to disseminate it, and sharing an image with someone does not authorize that person to further distribute it

Imposes felony penalties for violations with intent to harm or for profit: up to $5,000 fine and 5 years imprisonment for first offense; up to $10,000 fine and 1-10 years for subsequent offenses

Imposes misdemeanor penalties for violations without intent to harm: up to $5,000 fine and 1 year imprisonment for first offense; felony charges with up to 5 years for subsequent offenses

Prohibits duplication of intimate images for criminal discovery purposes and exempts law enforcement activities conducted during lawful criminal investigations
