Requires circuit solicitors to prepare written cost-analysis sentencing reports before sentencing for all offenders convicted of or pleading guilty to general sessions court offenses

Reports must include the cost of incarceration, probation, and community supervision associated with the solicitor's sentencing recommendation and must be made part of the court record

Department of Corrections and Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services must provide previous year's incarceration and supervision costs to the Prosecution Coordination Commission by January 15 each year

Prosecution Coordination Commission must distribute updated cost information to all circuit solicitors within 10 days of receiving it from the departments
