Amends South Carolina Code Section 20-3-630 to add postnuptial agreements as a type of written contract that can exclude property from marital property division

Requires postnuptial agreements to be approved by family court through a petition separate from a divorce petition

Postnuptial agreements would only cover disposition of property not otherwise addressed by existing marital property statutes

Existing law on prenuptial (antenuptial) agreements remains unchanged, requiring voluntary execution, separate legal counsel for both parties, and full financial disclosure

Takes effect upon Governor's approval
