Requires court authorization for attorney fees when an attorney is appointed to represent a lay guardian ad litem in family court proceedings

Amends Section 63-3-820(E) to mandate that attorney compensation amounts must be authorized by the court pursuant to Section 63-3-850

Amends Section 63-3-850(A) to require the initial fee authorization set by the family court judge to include any portion designated for compensating an appointed attorney for the guardian ad litem

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
