Amends South Carolina Code Section 20-3-130(C)(6) regarding how courts calculate alimony based on current and reasonably anticipated earnings of both spouses

For marriages lasting ten years or less, reasonably anticipated earnings must be calculated based on what each spouse could have earned without considering career opportunities they gave up to be a spouse or parent

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
