Requires the Department of Social Services to collect information about outcomes for youth who have aged out of foster care

Mandates an annual report to the General Assembly analyzing the collected outcome data

Allows the department to satisfy reporting requirements by providing information already collected for and submitted to federal agencies such as the Children's Bureau

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
