Expands the workers' compensation presumption for firefighters to include stroke as a covered condition alongside heart disease and respiratory disease

Broadens eligibility for the presumption to include conditions developed while actively engaged in fighting a fire, a technical rescue incident, or a firefighter training exercise involving stressful or strenuous physical activity, or within 24 hours thereof

Removes previous language that tied the presumption to "actively engaged in firefighting" and "within twenty-four hours from the date of last service in the activity"

Explicitly excludes clerical, administrative, or sedentary activities from the presumption

Maintains existing requirements that firefighters must be under age 37 when joining the department and must have passed a physical examination that showed no evidence of the condition prior to employment
