Requires the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles to issue special license plates from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2032, commemorating the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution

License plates must feature the words "Where The Revolutionary War Was Won" and include the Moultrie Flag (a flag with the word "LIBERTY" in white on an indigo background with a gorget in the upper corner)

The South Carolina Revolutionary War Sestercentennial Commission will submit the plate design to the DMV for approval

Fees for these commemorative plates cannot exceed the regular motor vehicle license fees

The bill highlights South Carolina's significant role in the Revolutionary War, including the 1776 defense of Charleston at Sullivan's Island and backcountry battles at King's Mountain, Cowpens, and other locations
