Requires public high schools to offer academic remediation courses in literacy and mathematics for seniors who want to pursue postsecondary education but lack college-level preparation

Mandates high school seniors complete and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) before graduation, with exemptions available through parent/guardian opt-out, student opt-out (if 18+), or school counselor waiver for good cause, beginning with the 2026-2027 school year

Transfers responsibility for the South Carolina Educator Preparation Report Card from the Commission on Higher Education to the State Department of Education

Requires the Department of Employment and Workforce to maintain free online access to information comparing the economic value of college majors to job availability, beginning July 1, 2026
