Directs the State Board of Education to establish certification pathways for computer science teachers by July 1, 2027, and requires cyclical review of K-12 computer science standards at least every five years

Requires annual reporting to the General Assembly beginning July 1, 2027, documenting student participation in computer science education with demographic breakdowns by gender, race/ethnicity, special education status, and poverty status
