Requires all health insurance policies in South Carolina to cover diagnostic and supplemental breast examinations without any cost-sharing requirements (no deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance)

Diagnostic breast examinations include contrast-enhanced mammography, MRI, ultrasound, and molecular breast imaging used to evaluate abnormalities found during screening or other examinations

Supplemental breast examinations cover additional screening for individuals with no abnormality detected but who have increased breast cancer risk due to family history, dense breast tissue, or other risk factors

Includes an exception for Health Savings Account-qualified high deductible health plans, allowing cost-sharing requirements until the minimum HSA deductible is met, except for preventive care services

Adds to existing mammogram coverage requirements under Section 38-71-145 of South Carolina law
