Requires each school district to adopt a policy excusing students for up to 10 school days per year to participate in Career and Technical Student Organization experiences directed by certified teachers

Covered activities include state-level and national Future Farmers of America (FFA) events, 4-H programs, and organized competitions or exhibitions

Students and their parents or legal guardians are responsible for obtaining and completing any schoolwork missed during these excused absences

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
