Allows concealed weapon permit holders to carry firearms on college, university, and technical college campuses in South Carolina, removing current restrictions for CWP holders on postsecondary institution properties

Maintains the existing prohibition on firearms in K-12 schools, but retains the exception allowing secured firearms in locked vehicles on school property

Removes "college athletic events" from the list of prohibited locations for carrying handguns, leaving only K-12 school athletic events as restricted

Amends Section 16-23-420 and Section 16-23-20 of the South Carolina Code of Laws

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
