Creates new criminal offense (Section 16-15-260) for unlawfully disseminating or selling sexually explicit images, videos, or digital files depicting another person in a state of sexually explicit nudity

Applies when the person knows or should know they lack authorization to share the material, and when the depicted person suffers emotional distress or embarrassment

Exempts dissemination done for a "clear public purpose"

Violation is classified as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine up to $1,000 or imprisonment up to one year

Takes effect upon Governor's approval
