Defines "electioneering" as displaying or audibly disseminating information advocating for or against any candidate, political party, or ballot question

Maintains existing 500-foot restriction on distributing campaign literature or placing political posters near polling place entrances

Authorizes poll managers to report violations to law enforcement, and allows peace officers to arrest individuals violating the 50-foot zone provisions

Exempts election officials, poll watchers, candidates wearing small name labels, persons assisting voters, and voters accompanied by minors or dependents from the restrictions
