Creates the South Carolina Government Efficiency Task Force to develop recommendations for improving governmental operations, downsizing agencies, streamlining regulations, and reducing costs

Task force must convene by June 2025 and every four years thereafter, with one year to complete its work and submit recommendations to the Senate President, House Speaker, and Governor

Composed of 15 members: 5 appointed by the Senate President, 5 by the House Speaker, and 5 by the Governor, drawn from General Assembly members and private/public sector representatives

Task force must meet at least quarterly and will consider reports from the Legislative Audit Council, Legislative Oversight Committee, and internal/external audits in developing recommendations

Members receive reimbursement for per diem, mileage, and subsistence; staff support provided by the Senate President, House Speaker, and Governor
