Classifies any business hosting drag shows as a "sexually oriented business" subject to local ordinances regulating such establishments

Prohibits minors from attending or viewing drag show performances

Bans state agencies, political subdivisions, school districts, and any entities receiving public funds from using those funds to host or provide drag shows

Defines "drag show" as a performance where a performer exhibits a gender identity different from their assigned gender at birth through clothing, makeup, or physical markers, when intended to provide sexual stimulation or gratification with emphasis on nudity, seminudity, or sexual acts

Makes allowing a minor to view a drag show a felony under existing harmful materials laws, punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and/or $5,000 fine
