Prohibits companies owned in whole or in part by U.S.-declared foreign adversaries (China, Russia, Iran, North Korea) or their subsidiaries from owning, leasing, possessing, or controlling any real estate in South Carolina

Declares any real estate acquisition violating this prohibition automatically void, with title transferring to the State of South Carolina without compensation to the foreign adversary

Bars foreign adversaries from seeking restitution of purchase prices or other payments related to voided transactions, though existing liens remain valid (but cannot be foreclosed while the State holds the property)

Allows county/city attorneys, the Attorney General, or affected non-foreign adversary parties to file actions in circuit court to eject foreign adversaries, quiet title, or ratify nullification of transactions

Takes effect upon gubernatorial approval and first applies after 2025
