Unlawfully detaining or occupying a residential dwelling while causing $1,000+ in damages is a felony punishable by minimum 15 years imprisonment and up to $10,000 fine

Presenting a false lease, deed, or property document to remain on property is a misdemeanor with up to 1 year imprisonment

Listing or advertising property for sale or rent without legal authority is a felony punishable by up to 30 years imprisonment and $10,000 fine
