South Carolina residents over 65, disabled, or legally blind may use state park facilities free of charge (except campsites, overnight lodging, and recreation buildings) and receive half-price campsite fees

Expands acceptable forms of identification for age-based eligibility to include birth certificates, state-issued driver's licenses or ID cards, REAL ID, valid passports, and military or dependent ID cards

Removes the requirement that identification cards be approved by the South Carolina Commission on Aging, replacing it with the expanded list of valid IDs

Veterans classified as permanently and totally disabled by the Veterans Administration may enter state parks free with identification from the county veterans affairs officer
