Proposes an amendment to Section 1, Article XI of the South Carolina Constitution to abolish the State Board of Education

Currently, the State Board of Education consists of one member from each judicial circuit elected by legislative delegations, plus one member appointed by the Governor

The amendment would replace the existing constitutional language with "(Reserved)", effectively eliminating the board

Requires approval by qualified electors at the next general election for representatives through a ballot question

Voters would mark "Yes" to abolish the State Board of Education or "No" to retain it
