Expands first, second, and third degree sexual exploitation of a minor offenses to include computer-generated or digitally altered images ("morphed" images) that depict an identifiable minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct

First degree sexual exploitation carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 3 years up to 20 years imprisonment with no parole eligibility until the minimum is served

Second degree sexual exploitation (creating, distributing, selling, or receiving such material) carries 2 to 10 years imprisonment with no parole eligibility until minimum sentence served

Third degree sexual exploitation (possession of such material) is a felony punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment
