Bars government entities from requiring pregnancy centers to post materials promoting abortion or contraception, or from mandating they counsel in favor of these options

Protects pregnancy centers from being prohibited from providing pregnancy-related services, prenatal resources (diapers, clothes, formula), or medical care solely because they do not offer abortion or contraception services

Prevents government interference with pregnancy center hiring decisions, allowing centers to require employees to affirm the center's mission statement

Creates a private right of action allowing aggrieved parties to sue for violations, with minimum damages of $10,000 plus treble actual damages, attorney's fees, and costs
