Allows park operators to disconnect utilities when a guest owes more than three nights' rent, requiring the guest to make written payment arrangements before utilities are restored

Permits operators to request law enforcement assistance to remove or arrest violating guests, with guests having up to 48 hours to retrieve personal property after removal

Prohibits removal of guests based on race, color, national origin, sex, physical disability, or creed
