Creates criminal offense for interfering with, threatening, coercing, or intimidating election officials while performing their duties, punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment and/or $5,000 fine

Prohibits publicly sharing personal information (home address, phone numbers, photos, vehicle details) of election officials or their family members when it poses an imminent safety threat

Bans unauthorized access to or tampering with voting systems, electronic poll books, election management systems, and election night reporting systems, as well as publishing passwords or confidential system information

Allows election officials to request removal of their personal information from government websites and public internet records

Authorizes the Attorney General, solicitors, or election officials to bring civil actions to prevent violations, with penalties up to $1,000 per violation plus damages and attorney's fees
