Increases the number of family court judges in South Carolina's Eleventh Judicial Circuit from three to five judges

Requires the Judicial Merit Selection Commission to begin nominating candidates for the two new judicial positions

General Assembly will elect the new judges from the commission's nominees

Nominating process cannot begin until funding for the additional judges is included in the general appropriations act

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
