Increases the number of family court judges in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit from three to four judges

Increases the number of family court judges in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit from three to four judges

Judicial Merit Selection Commission must nominate candidates for the new positions, but the nominating process cannot begin until funding is provided in the general appropriations act

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
