Creates the new offense of "furthering terrorism" for making significant plans or taking actions toward committing a violent act with terrorist intent, punishable by up to 30 years imprisonment

Establishes the offense of providing material or financial support for terrorism or concealing another person's terrorist actions or plans, punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment

Expands the definition of "terrorism" to include acts intended to intimidate or coerce groups based on race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, or sexual orientation

Authorizes seizure and forfeiture of all real and personal property used in, intended for, or derived from terrorism offenses

Sentences for furthering terrorism must be served consecutively to any underlying offense sentences
