Maintains the victim's responsibility for rent through the termination date, while any remaining co-tenants stay responsible for the full lease term

Permits landlords to terminate the rental agreement with 5 days' notice if the perpetrator is the only remaining tenant after the victim leaves

Prohibits landlords from retaliating against protected tenants or refusing to rent to applicants based on their status as domestic violence victims or prior use of this early termination provision
