Allows the South Carolina General Assembly, either chamber, standing committees, legislative leaders, or at least five members to request the Attorney General review any presidential executive order not affirmed by Congress

Requires the Attorney General to assess the constitutionality of requested executive orders and determine whether the state should seek an exemption or challenge the order, with a report due within 30 days

Prohibits state and local governments from implementing presidential executive orders that restrict rights and are deemed unconstitutional by the Attorney General in specific areas

Protected areas include: pandemic/health emergencies, natural resources regulation, agriculture industry regulation, land use, financial sector ESG standards, and Second Amendment rights
