Expands qualifying coursework for LIFE Scholarship and Palmetto Fellows Scholarship STEM stipends by allowing accounting majors to count microeconomics, macroeconomics, and business statistics courses toward the required 14 credit hours of mathematics and science instruction during freshman year

Applies retroactively to accounting majors who completed these courses as freshmen during the 2024-2025 school year, enabling them to qualify for stipend eligibility

Changes minor terminology from "health care" to "healthcare" in the definition of qualifying science or mathematics majors

Maintains existing eligible STEM majors including science, mathematics, computer science, information technology, engineering, accounting, and healthcare-related disciplines

Takes effect upon Governor's approval
