Adds the offense of discharging firearms at or into dwelling houses, buildings, structures, vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, or other occupied conveyances to South Carolina's list of violent crimes

Changes the mens rea requirement from "unlawfully" to "knowingly and intentionally" discharging firearms at or into occupied structures or vehicles

Increases the maximum fine from $1,000 to $20,000 and maintains up to 10 years imprisonment for the base offense

Creates an enhanced penalty of up to $50,000 fine and 15 years imprisonment when an occupant is struck or bodily injury occurs as a proximate cause of the discharge

Applies to discharges at dwelling houses, buildings, structures, enclosures regularly occupied by persons, and occupied vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, or other conveyances
